Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support Fund
Shetland Rape Crisis provides free and confidential support, trauma-informed therapy, advocacy and information to anyone in Shetland affected by sexual violence. As well as providing emotional support and specialist trauma therapy for survivors, they have a dedicated Advocacy Worker to support anyone considering taking their case through the justice system. They also provide free, evidence-based education in local schools aimed at raising awareness and challenging myths.
