Cornerstone Community Care

Cornerstone SDS provides independent support and advice in Aberdeen City and Moray for all social care users. This includes 1:1 information on the social care system, self-directed support and people’s rights under the legislation and help for people to evaluate their choices and navigate their chosen care option. In Aberdeen City, support is also provided to people using option 1, to help them recruit PAs and manage employer responsibilities.
