Andrew Muirhead

Andrew is Chief Executive of Inspiring Scotland and Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland. He has a wide ranging involvement in the charity sector in Scotland and recently spent time in Australia, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka broadening his knowledge of the international sector.

Anyone who has met Andrew will know he is always looking at ways to do things better and to make sure money gets where it is needed with the minimum of red tape. He is determined that the charity sector will get the maximum benefit from what he has learnt from his international work about delivering philanthropic resources efficiently and effectively.

David Hardie

One of the country´s leading corporate lawyers, David Hardie, joins Inspiring Scotland as Head of Venture Philanthropy on 1 May 2008. He is combining his continuing role as Senior Corporate Partner of 25 years at Dundas & Wilson C.S LLP with his new role at Inspiring Scotland.

David brings a wealth of experience from the private sector to Inspiring Scotland. His work with leading financial institutions, corporates (large and small) and business people both nationally and internationally, will help to bring a private sector investment approach to the way in which Inspiring Scotland addresses key social issues.

Helen Chambers

Helen Chambers is on secondment from the Scottish Executive, and is Head of Policy and Government Relations for Inspiring Scotland. Prior to this she managed Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland´s work with drug and alcohol projects

Celia Tennant

Celia Tennant is a Performance Advisor for Inspiring Scotland. Prior to this has had a long and successful career in the Pharmaceutical Industry where, as a senior leader, she has managed people, projects and processes in Sales, Marketing and Medical functions at National and Regional level. Most recently her role as Business Director for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Northern Ireland involved setting the strategic direction for the business, allocating all resources and delivering the UK leading performance in portfolio growth and financial results. With many years served in the commercial arena for a blue chip company, she brings significant experience of strategy, project and change management.

Susan Bell

Susan Bell joined Inspiring Scotland in November 2007, having previously spent 18 months with the Foundation as an Assessor. Prior to that was an Accountant in the Financial Services Sector.

Louise Hannigan

Louise Hannigan is a Performance Advisor for Inspiring Scotland and is currently enrolled on Harvard Business School's Programme for Leadership Development. She joined the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland in 2001 as an Assessor.

David Metcalfe

David joined LTSB Scotland in May 2004 (as Head of Wholesale Banking Development) from Scottish Widows where he was Project Director, Corporate Offers. Prior to joining LTSB Group he spent 13 years with Bank of Scotland in a number of departments including Specialist Finance, Commercial Banking, Product Management and Private Banking. A graduate of Stirling University, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland and is currently Vice Chair of the Direct Marketing Association UK and Independent Chair of the Edinburgh Jobs Strategy Group.

Catriona Henderson

Catriona Henderson is Head of Communications for Inspiring Scotland. She joined Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland in 2005 as Press & PR Manager and has enjoyed the challenge of learning about the charity sector in Scotland.

Janice Reilly

Janice Reilly is Head of Investor Relations at Inspiring Scotland. She has worked in senior development roles with Napier University, The Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh, Queen Margaret University and Shelter Scotland. As a fundraising consultant she has advised Heriot Watt University, Napier University, The Scottish Institute of Sport Foundation and The Landmark Trust. She is a Fellow of the RSA, Member of the Institute of Directors and is an active supporter of Leukaemia Research.

Steven Falla

Steve Falla is an Executive Assistant for Inspiring Scotland. He joined Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland in 2006 as a member of the administration team
