The team monitors progress and advises on key issues relating to how the investment is spent. This involves a broad remit from challenging performance to deliver outcomes through to advising on operational and strategic issues and supporting organisational development and growth. The outcome is that, alongside the financial investment, we support our ventures to grow and maximise their impact and ultimately to sustain their operations beyond the lifetime of the Inspiring Scotland investment.
