This is where our Mentors can play their part, supporting organisational development and sharing experience. A number of investors and supporters of Inspiring Scotland have offered their services in this way. The result is a rich source of business expertise and experience available to our ventures. Typically, a Mentor will be assigned to a venture and will work alongside key players within the organisation to drive forward their operations, look for opportunities and invest their considerable skills and understanding in the organisation’s strategic development. This will add substantial value to the financial investment.
