Showcase the Street makes dance, drama, vocal skills and animation accessible to young people from every background. It operates from a building in Dundee with two top class dance studios and recording and media studios, and has a newly opened building in Arbroath. It also works in local halls throughout Tayside, and engages with approximately 700 young people a week across Tayside. This includes young carers and young people in respite care, and by working with schools and other agencies Showcase the Street offers work experience placements.

14:19 Fund investment will help develop work with schools. Showcase the Street plans to work with vulnerable young people within their Dundee dance studio and also in school settings where they will develop soft skills, moving on to accreditation.
