Aberdeen Foyer provides housing support to young people aged 16 years and over in crisis situations. This core service is complemented by a holistic range of programmes including money management, employability initiatives and counselling. Aberdeen Foyer has pioneered a range of social enterprises including The Foyer Restaurant and Gallery and Foyer Graphic. These social enterprises provide a means of generating income which enables the development of support services, while also providing employment for clients.
14:19 Fund investment will allow engagement with young people aged 14 to 15 who are at risk of homelessness and not being in education, employment or training. The introduction of a prevention focussed programme will support these young people to take steps to significantly improve their lives.
